Mymmi on Tiimiakatemian perinne

Olen matkalla kuuden Tiimiakatemialaisen ystäväni ja kollegani kanssa. Mymmi, eli matka maailman ympäri on joka vuotinen perinne opinahjossani Tiimiakatemialla.

Ajatuksena on se, että opiskelun alussa valittava tiimi ja sen ympärille rakentuva yritys olisi valmis ponnistelemaan yhdessä pitää olla kovia, kaikkia motivoivia tavoitteita. Yleensä tiimit valitsevatkin suureksi päätavoitteekseen juuri maailman ympärysmatkan. Ketäpä ei motivoisi lähteä pariksi kuukaudeksi kiertämään maailmaa?

Kyllä reissun eteen joutuu tekemään hommiakin, haaste on melkoinen. Kaikkine kuluineen (lennot, majoitukset, ruuat, huvitukset) reissun budjetti on 6000-8000€ per lärvi. Aika iso läjä rahaa, mutta uskoisin reissun olevan joka lantin arvoinen.:)

Kolmea tiimiä reissussa

Useimmat valmistuvat tiimiyrittäjät lähtevät reissuun, mutta kaikki eivät. Esim. Työkuviot tai muu asia elämäntilanteessa taitaa olla yleisin syy. Eivätkä kaikkinedes halua, ihmettelen kyllä tätä.

Tänäkin vuonna kaikki valmistuvat tiimit lähtivät reissuun. Yhteensä meitä maailman matkaajia taitaa tänä vuonna olla noin kaksikymmentä. Kukin tiimi laatii oman reittinsä, joten kuljemme pääosin eri paikoissa. Olemme kuitenkin sopineet vajaan viikon pätkän Uuden-Seelannin Queenstownissa helmikuun lopussa jonka vietämme yhdessä kaikkien kolmentiimin kesken.:)
